So who is Helen? That my friends is truly the question. Born in Syracuse, New York, adopted by an awesome family at nine months old, reunited with her birth family at 60 years of age.   

And in between, well, that is in where lies the story of my life, my journey, which has been and continues to be a collection of so many incredible twists and turns, hills and valleys, mountain tops and quicksand, story lines, near death experience, tragedies, lessons, miracles, world records, awards, failures and successes, but mostly blessings.
